Från Litauen dök en inbjudan upp om en lite annorlunda test. Testen är 1.5 timma lång och är uppdelad på 3 halvtimmas pass både på CW och SSB. Varje station för köras en gång på CW och en gång på SSB i varje pass. Man kan alltså köra en och samma station upp till 6 gånger under testen. Litauiska stationer med anropssignalerna LYØ9A – LYØ9Z är tävlingens multiplier och ger dessutom extra QSO-poäng. Tävlingsledning har inte rekommenderat något loggprogram men de flesta logprogram borde fungera om man ställer in programmet för CQ WPX-testen. Kom dock ihåg att ta bort kontrollen av dubletter, eftersom man får köra en och samma station flera gånger. Dessutom gäller samma QSY-relger som i EU-sprint vilket innebär att man inte får ligga kvar och köra CQ på en och samma frekvens, utan måste hitta en ny frekvens eller en ny station att köra. Short rules of Lithuanian Cup
OBS! Några förtydligande har inkommit från testledningen via SM6LRR. Dessa är markerade med rött nedan.
Aim of the contest: to clarify the best contesters, to promote radio sport and to increase skill of contesters in on-site competitions.
On-site Participants:
On-site participants are single operators only (call signs LY09A – LY09Z). Transmitter power is limited to 10W. Each participant is supervised by referee during whole contest time. Applications or requests of on-site competitor for more detail information (technical requirements, detail rules, accomodation, etc.) should be sent to organizers (see section Logs). Deadline of registration for on-site participants is 10th of June, 2009. At this time we have 10 on-site participants.
Other participants:
a) single operator;
b) team (multi op., single tx)
Recommended power:100 W
Time:
13th of June 2009, 1500-1630 UTC in three periods: 1500-1529 UTC, 1530-1559 UTC, 1600-1630 UTC.
Frequencies:
3520-3600 kHz – CW
3600-3700 kHz SSB
Exchange:
RS(T) + serial number of QSO.
Each station may be worked once in CW and once in SSB during each period (max 6 QSO with the same call sign).
Please to follow QSY rule (the same as in European Sprint).
Scoring:
1. On-site competitors: 1 QSO = 1 point (no multipliers).
2. QSO with LY09 prefix counts 2 points, QSO with other participant = 1 point.
Multiplier is a number of different LY09 calls during the all contest time.
Awards:
Winners (on-site, single op. and team) will receive trophies. Certificates will be awarded to the leading stations in every DXCC country. Special awards are for QSO with all on-site participants.
Logs:
There are no special logging software for the Lithuanian Cup. You can use any logging software you want.
