Bäst-av-12 i HF-cupen

Efter en hel del funderingar och programmering kan vi nu presentera en ny topplista i HF-cupen: “Bäst-av-12”.

Listan rangordnar alla deltagares 12 bästa testresultat i cupen. Vi har gjort detta för att de som inte kan satsa 100% på att vara igång i 100-tals tester, ändå skall få ett mått på sina prestationer. Än så länge är listan bara ett litet tillägg i resultatpresentationen och finns alltså inte med i de nuvarande reglerna.

Varför just de 12 bästa resultaten? Först provade vi med att använda de bästa 50 eller 24 , men det gav i princip ingen skillnad mot den ordinarie topplistan. Däremot när vi gick ned till “en test i månaden” började det hända saker. Som sagt detta är bara ett prov utan några som helst förpliktelser. ES-open och CQMM

Inför helgen har det dykt upp några inbjudningar. Först ut är ES-open som går på lördagsmorgonen och på eftermiddagen drar CQMM CQ MANCHESTER MINEIRA DX CONTEST igång.  

Thomas PY2ZXU (SM0CXU) skriver så här om CQMM:

Dear friends and contesters,

ES hams invite you to participate in ES OPEN HF Championship 2015 that will take place on Saturday, April 18th, from 0500 to 0859 UTC on 40m and 80m in SSB and CW at the same time!  International winners get special trophies from ERAU plus all country winners will be awarded. There is also a special LP trophy.

Rules are very easy: the contest consists of 4 equal one hour periods where you can work a station once on both bands (only in one mode per band). Thus maximum 8 times in total during the contest. Foreign stations can work ES stations only and multipliers are ES region prefixes (0 to 9) on both bands and modes. So 20 for CW/SSB and 40 for Mixed class.

CW QSOs give 2 points and SSB 1 point. Report is RST + QSO serial number.

Text format logs (cabrillo preferred) should be sent to esopen@erau.ee by May 1st.
